TLC’s housing programs give young people, ages 16-24, the opportunity to learn critical life skills and receive support from professional staff while living independently in Sonoma County. We also partner with landlords and homeowners to provide safe apartments and homes throughout Sonoma County.
TLC Child and Family Services Transition Age Youth Housing Programs offers housing programs to current and former foster youth as well as youth experiencing homelessness.
