TLC Child and Family Services

This leadership position is responsible for daily care and supervision work and the general administration of one of TLC Child & Family Service’s Level 12 group homes. 

Orchard House serves up to 10 adolescents with various behavioral and mental health challenges. These youth are in treatment to get connected to themselves, others and ultimately the community so they can gain independent living skills and successfully transition into adulthood. This position requires dedication, commitment and patience working with assorted and numerous staff and client needs. 

At an absolute minimum, applicant must meet one of the following requirements education and experience requirements and be 21 years of age or over:

(A) Have a Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree. 
(B) Two years of full-time experience, or its equivalent, providing direct care and supervision to adolescents in a group home setting. 

It is also essential that the applicant have familiarity with Excel and basic book keeping knowledge of Quicken.

Abilities: Ideal candidate meets above criteria and is an enthusiastic multi-tasker, who can lead a team of child care workers and co-direct delivery of clinical services. Most qualified candidate will be able to think creatively and flexibly, values team work, exhibits exceptional organizational talent and has solid written skills. Attention to detail, timelines and ability to train and hold others accountable for responsibilities are critical.
