Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the welcoming face of TLC, manage reception duties
  • Direct calls and messages efficiently
  • Handle daily financial transactions with precision
  • Streamline mail processing for the agency
  • Keep office equipment in top shape and troubleshoot as needed
  • Order necessary supplies promptly
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings with finesse
  • Assist with data collection and reporting
  • Play a crucial role in file organization and database management
  • Contribute to our vibrant TLC culture by managing swag and events
  • Help organize employee events and gatherings
  • Spread holiday cheer with our Secret Santa program
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Editing skills a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Prior experience in secretarial and administrative roles
  • Valid California driver’s license with a clean record
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
