Key Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming face of TLC, manage reception duties
- Direct calls and messages efficiently
- Handle daily financial transactions with precision
- Streamline mail processing for the agency
- Keep office equipment in top shape and troubleshoot as needed
- Order necessary supplies promptly
- Coordinate schedules and meetings with finesse
- Assist with data collection and reporting
- Play a crucial role in file organization and database management
- Contribute to our vibrant TLC culture by managing swag and events
- Help organize employee events and gatherings
- Spread holiday cheer with our Secret Santa program
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Editing skills a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Prior experience in secretarial and administrative roles
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean record
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
