TLC Child & Family Services recruits, trains and certifies foster families who open their homes and their hearts to special needs children. Becoming a foster parent can make a tremendous difference in the lives of the over 80,000 foster care children in California, many of whom have been abused and/or neglected, and are in need of the stable, loving home environment that foster parents can provide. These children range in age from newborn to 18 and include various ethnic backgrounds including Caucasian, Hispanic, African American, and mixed races.
We understand that the foster parenting process can be difficult and, at the same time, be an immensely rewarding experience. We take pride in the services we provide to foster parents and the children in their care. Many of our families have shared their success stories with us.
